DealDesk editorial and verification policy

Read DealDesk's policy for price verification, affiliate disclosure, corrections, expired offers, reference prices, and original deal analysis.

DealDesk is designed to help shoppers understand price, terms, condition, merchant, and freshness before leaving for checkout.

Price and availability

Published pages show the verification date. Prices and inventory can change, so the merchant checkout remains authoritative.

Reference prices

“Was,” comparison, and renewal prices are labeled according to their meaning. DealDesk does not silently convert a renewal rate into a previous selling price.

Affiliate disclosure

Outbound commercial links are marked sponsored and nofollow. DealDesk may earn a commission without increasing the shopper's price.

No fabricated reviews

DealDesk does not publish invented star ratings, testimonials, testing claims, or popularity counts.

Expired offers

Expired or nonpublic offers are removed from active sitemaps and discovery paths rather than preserved as misleading deal pages.
